The offer entitles the purchaser to a complimentary lunch experience for a maximum of two (2) people, at Escapade Silverstone, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Booking & Scheduling
The date and time of the dining experience will be selected by Turner Fine Arts, with a choice of available options provided to the client.
Dates and times are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Once confirmed, bookings are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
4. Dining Conditions
The dining experience is limited to the lunch menu only.
A maximum of two (2) attendees may attend.
Any additional food, beverages, or services outside the lunch menu are the responsibility of the client.
5. Travel & Expenses
Clients are responsible for making and covering the cost of all travel arrangements, accommodation, and any additional expenses associated with attending the dining experience.
6. Sculpture Delivery
The purchased sculpture will be delivered prior to the dining experience.
All Shaun Gagg sculptures are made to order, and delivery lead times may vary.
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed.
7. Returns & Cancellations
If the purchased sculpture is returned for any reason, the complimentary dining offer becomes immediately void.
No cash alternative or substitution will be offered.
8. Non-Transferability
This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold or redeemed for cash or credit.
9. Form Submission
To redeem the offer, clients must complete the required form in full, including name, email address, phone number and selected artwork. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in forfeiture of the offer.
10. Right to Modify or Withdraw
