Xenogenesis - a striking fusion of light, mystery, and playful intrigue, is the brainchild of Bink, brought to life through a dynamic collaboration with Shaun Gagg and Neon Tony. Together, these three visionary artists have crafted a truly one-of-a-kind installation that embodies the essence of transformation and rebirth.
At its core, the sculpture features a steel sphere, serving as the cradle of creation. Encircling it, six extraterrestrial figures—five green, one grey, crafted from aluminium, appear to orbit in an enigmatic dance. The centre radiates with an ethereal glow, emanating from a meticulously hand-blown, bent-glass neon light, filled with argon gas. This luminescence breathes life into the scene, evoking a sense of emergence, a cosmic genesis where the sphere becomes the egg from which the aliens are reborn.
A masterpiece of material and concept, Xenogenesis stands as both a celebration of artistic ingenuity and an invitation into the unknown. If this are installation is purchased, there will be a charge for the installation and delivery. Depending on where the client lives, will depend on the cost.
