Vibrant in colour, rich with form and an undeniable emotional depth particularly in his figurative work, Ümit Erzurumlu considers his artistic style as cubo-futurism. An expression of the correlation of colour within asymmetrical images, or centring on “visualizing dynamic perception by way of form and line”.

His work has often been exhibited in the Library of Celcus in Ephesus and many pieces have taken their place in more than 60 private collections in different countries.
